I'm trying to get together a team chat at 7 PM PST / 10 PM EST tonight, to make sure everybody is on the same page for classes & strategy.
Can I get a clarification about subs vs. roster changes? It's clear that we are allowed 2 subs, but we could potentially be missing 4 people on our first match. If we don't hear from our team members before the first game, can we fill all 4 spots and call 3 of them roster changes? (Quaz would be coming back on Tuesday). Roster changes after the tourney starts are implied to be limited to 2, since those people would have to sub, but I don't see any stipulations on roster changes before the tourney starts.

I think depending on the map....me and you (mandlore) should switch between sniper/scout. If that is ok with you.... :-)
I'd be fine switching up classes, but the problem with that is I'm the worst Sniper in the history of ever. When we switch off, DualEdge could go Sniper and I could go Heavy? Or some other combination. And I could do Demo at some point if you wanna stab Flippy, Toxin. Just so long as I don't play Sniper or Spy, I can do my share.
Also, just made the Steam Group, and I'm inviting people now.

If you can't get ahold of someone and can find someone else to play in ALL of your matches, then you can change the roster.
Subs, who will not play in all of your matches, are limited to 2.
