If you dont have a eurogamer account, you are fucked. Site is slow as FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK. No time to register. There are prolly still about 1300 keys left.

    Yeah, I don't have an account, and I doubt the key would work with my US account anyway, so I'd have to create a european PSN account, etc. I'll just wait and hope I get into the US beta or something.

    Well, registering with eurogamer is pretty much maddeningly retarded. It keeps saying I've filled out my username wrongly or something, so I can't continue at all.

    You need a euro account to activate the code and install it. Then you can switch to your U.S. one and it'll work.

    Impressions so far:

    1. Holy crap at the amount of collectibles! There are so many stickers that it's not even funny. I played like 2 levels and I just kept collecting them and collecting them and I didn't even get all of them yet!

    2. Played online with another random person. The lag was TERRIBLE. It was almost impossible to play. I live in canada and they prolly live in the uk, so maybe that was it? But then again, there are no region locks online, so this wasn't a good start.....

    3. Some levels require 2 people to be able to reach some collectibles. This sounds good in theory, but the problem is that once one person gets it, the other can't. That means having to play the level all over again at a chance to get the items. (if you already get them, they turn to point bubbles for you, still giving you incentive to get them). This will probably be hell with 4 people.

    4. Great controls, but I personally still have a problem with the background jumping. It works 95% of them time by itself, but that 5% can really piss you off. Its something that you can definitely master though.

    Eef, anywhere else doing this? This is pretty much the main reason I bought a PS3. Damn it man, more keys!

    Oh yeah, and are the textures as OMGAWESOME as they appear in the trailers? The detail on everything seems almost too nice in all the trailers.

    Metal Gear Online was region locked, and I'm guessing this beta wasn't meant to end up in Canada.

    I registered a euro account‚ but now how do I sign into it?

    I tried changing the email address I sign in with, but it just tells me that the address “can’t be used”

    Do I need to change my region somewhere?

    Actually, now that I think about it, I think I may have been in the menu to change the e-mail address for my US account. I went to Account Management under Playstation Network from the main menu, and then picked , then went to Account Management and Change Sign-In ID. Am I just doing it wrong?

    Nevermind, I figured it out. I was in the wrong menu.

    Downloading now. I'll post some stuff later!
