Firefox 3: Everything is suddenly default

So my computer crashed hard (as in hold the power button) while playing a game, and I had FF3 open in the background because I was tabbing back and forth looking up info. Now when I start FF, everything is back to defaults. All addons are default, homepage is the FF start page, themes turned off, etc etc, EVERYTHING.
I do use Mozbackup and have a backup, but it's about a month old. Anyone else had this happen, and is there a quick way to restore everything from how it was an hour ago?
