Also, I'm wondering if we will be seeing any more of the colt this season. The damn gun's been gone ever since Bella pawned it off.
Do you suppose it's capable of killing an angel?
its in the hands of lilith now, right? i could see it coming back, though it kinda felt deus ex machina at times, if i'm using that term right.
and yeah, run run run, i think i read somewhere that castiel was based on comic book john constantine, which is awesome. he seems like constantine way more than keanu reeves in the movie.
but I guess, statistically, he had to be right about something once

I accept your hostility and forgive you. I'd hate me and make all kinds of slanderous accusations too if I had to deal with someone who was never wrong.
I thought this season has been pretty good so far, although quite a departure from the previous ones. Especially since the majority of the episodes seem to be about the overall story, whereas before it seemed they didn't concentrate quite so much on it.
Also, this episode was fuuucked up.
One thing that slightly disturbs me about this show is its tendency to have black people as antagonists. Gordon, Henricksen, etc. They have had a few good black characters, but they're never on for as long as the villains.
And now Uriel too! I mean yeah he was a dick but god damn.
And I'm not being all "This show is RACIST!", it's just something I've noticed.
i was pretty stoked when bella died. fuck that bitch.
THANK YOU
she is awful
also, regarding the most recent episode:
while i'm not surprised they went the bad guy route with uriel, i'm still kinda disappointed, because it seemed so predictable. i was half-expecting the angel chick to be behind it all. but hey, if this means more castiel on the show, i'm all for it.
in fact, i'm getting sick of sam's character, all his "i'm the strong one yadda yadda". bitch, its your fault your bro sacrificed his soul. a little gratitude would be nice. though i still love new ruby. that look she had as sam was suckin her blood did not look good, all evil and junk. i'd be more than satisfied if the show became the dean and castiel fighting angels and demons hour.

so glad alistair is gone. getting sick of his lame brando impression. now the baddie the boys will interact with directly (and i love that lilith isn't getting any screen time just yet, just pulling the strings and breaking those seals) will probably be ruby revealing her evil plot to subvert sam and yadda yadda

pffffffffffffff
Sam's fault? He was dead. Jake was hardly a pushover, man. Dean knew how incredibly stupid it was to do what he did, it was no one's fault but his own that he sold his soul away.
Also, I really don't think there's any "plot" behind Ruby's plans for Sam. She never ever claimed that he wouldn't change by tapping into his demon side to stop Lilith and co.. I think she just doesn't give a shit if he becomes a pretty twisted person in the process. Compared to what she went through and what Dean had begun going through, why would she?

I was also disappointed. My only problem with the show is how it really does short-shaft black people!

Hahaaa, I've never really noticed that before. Oh, those naughty blacks!
Of course there are plenty of white demons, enemies, etc. But to look at the main black characters:
Gordon the Hunter: The only hunter shown to be rather less than ethical, swiftly turning into an enemy of the Winchesters and dying a rather ignoble death.
Jake: At first a sympathetic character. But then he just has to be persuaded by Azazel to put his own wants before the rest of the world, and again, dies a rather ignoble death.
Henrickson: Not exactly a bad guy. But, just as he's finally discovered the boys are telling the truth, and is turning into a rather cool character, he dies. Oh well, he shot the Sheriff anyway.
Uriel: Traitor.
And there are NO good/alive black characters to counter those examples.
i can definitely see that. there was also that one black hunter couple in the beginning of season 3, i think, the ones facing the seven deadly sins.
yeah, that dude's death was kinda awful, forced to drink drain cleaner. i thought the lady would be back for a later episode, but no return appearance again, i think

Holy shit, how did I not recognize that guy?

Damn, Uriel is a dick.
Castiel is pretty pimp tho. He reminds me of Constantin.

and then they give me medals
TLB, if you argue with me about this, I will flay you.
you are right for the first time ever, larlar
larlar is pretty much the dumbest
but I guess, statistically, he had to be right about something once
I loved how Dean's retelling of the bar scene had Sam being totally gay.
Also Dean's face being stuffed full of snacks. "Come on man, I had one, maybe two!"
Changlings are creepy, maan.
The brothers' relationship is so excellently written and acted. It's 100% believable and reflective of more than a few families I know.
We're only in early season 3 so I haven't met new Ruby yet but from Larlar's pictures new Ruby is infinitely hotter.
That's what pulled me into the show to begin with. They're losing it now on a slow, steady basis, but it was so impressive.
Also, the entire interrogation was handled pretty well, at least up to the commercial break. Seriously intense stuff.

no one gets to be mean to the boys. >:| NO ONE.
Ruby 2 is cute, but such a bad actress.
Also, I really really want a '67 Chevy Impala and I don't even like cars! Also a signed photo of Jensen Ackles, plz.
and you'll get a signed photo after I get mine

She did some awful stuff, but I still felt bad, considering she wasn't lucky enough to get pulled back out of Hell.
