What the fuck there's an equation we're supposed to solve for using a van der waals gas and in the simplification we're supposed to use PV=nRT god dammit that defeats the whole point of using the equation for a van der waals gas in the first place how the fuck are you supposed to know that that's so unfair god dammit fuck pchem
I am not having fun with it! Maybe if I actually knew the math behind all this crap and wasn't just fumbling around and I knew anything about chemistry augh
Fuuuuuuuck
Edit: Come take my test for me I'll give you ten dollars
I'd totally do it. I mean I'd just walk in there and score a solid 59% again. Just for you.
FUUUUCK I want TSL2. I'm rewatching some of the old TSL vids. So good I kind of want to rewatch Mondragon vs Dreiven but I might shed a tear if I do. It was pretty exciting game though.

wow watching these TSL videos is way more awesome the second time. I had just started playing when it was happening and I missed a ton of stuff in the games.
The mondragon drieven games are awesome. NonY said on the TL podcast a few months ago he has no idea how drieven wins games playing builds like that LOL
MA JAE YOON MA JAE YOON WOOO WOOO MA JAE YOON WOOOO WOO WOOO!
Hey guys about 6-7 years ago I clearly remember playing a lot of lost temple (okay, only lost temple) and having to counter Carriers or even BCs as Zerg. But no one does that anymore! Strange.
I can't remember the last time I've had to bust out the queen/devourer/defilers like that.

I haven't had a 90 minute mine-out lost temple game either hmmmmmm.
The only stalemate I ever played to in Starcraft was when we mined out LT and one guy had a dragoon + transport left, other guy had an engineering bay floating over water. The very last fights involved a lot of SCVs and probes.
I don't remember if I was the protoss or terran even.

e: JF got spanked by the "retired" Cloud 3-0 PvP in a SCforall showmatch and in the same video Super Dan tell us that he's picking up Nony from the airport "tonight" (I don't know when the video was made but its safe to assume Nony has landed).

Pretty interesting build by Idra and it was cool that the sci vessel + irradiate timing was ready when the mutas came. Unfortunately July's game sense is too good.
Shit, Idra had the tiniest timing window of literally like 30-60 seconds when muta harass was essentially over and ineffective but lurkers had not morphed yet. If he had moved out then he would've had a chance to take out July's 2nd expansion. I guess he wanted some tanks first.

I dunno. That game was really cool, and it's unfortunate that Idra got setup against fucking July so early. The sci vessels really effectively put him right into midgame and not have to worry about muta harass. He just couldn't really keep up with July's macro on one base. July's superior gamesense is def what killed him, though..

Is Nony playing in Korea yet?
edit: I'M ON. PLAAAAAAAAAAAAY.
No matter what Idra would probably be going up against a well known player, they always do the seedings to give the accomplished players an advantage. July has said he doesn't like playing against unknowns tho, cause they're so little background info and he's very much a mind game player.
Idra's build was well thought out and would've worked if the vultures were more effective. The sci vessels helped out a lot but the failed vulture harass set him back too much. Lifting the factory off and landing it outside his base to avoid the overlord spotter was cool.
July just played it fucking perfect though. Perfect timing with hydras to defend against vulture and a nicely placed sunken / buildings blocking the ramp to prevent a run by.
Nony has to get through the Courage tournament. No doubt he's just practicing with B team eStro and other B teams, as well as on iCCup. He won't get any televized game for a LONG time (if ever, but we can hooope). Earliest he could even get a license is probably a couple months, and that's being pretty optimistic. Who knows though, maybe eStro will give him the free license like they did Idra (I believe they only get a couple free passes every year).
Of course this doesn't mean that we won't see Nony in special invite tournaments that might get televized. Idra participated in a couple (Blizzcon, and the Chinese invite tournament). Artosis and Tasteless are going to be trying Courage as well, but just for kicks.

Artosis already competed in 1 courage tournament and did pretty well considering he's not really practicing. I don't remember exactly which round he made it to though.
Artosis made it to ro8 if I recall correctly (losing a close match against the eventual winner).
I think NonY has a much better shot at 'making it' in Korea than Idra ever did or will. He is already considerably better relative to other foreigners than idra/draco were when they were sent, but more importantly his attitude is top notch for what he is doing. I wish I could articulate why more explicitly, but the personality he gives off in live interviews is absolutely perfect for the kind of journey he is choosing to pursue. He is confident, but also has a sort of indifference to failure (contrast to Idra or Draco or especially rekrul, who often sound like insecure nerds who need SC to validate who they are). He won't be playing the ace match, but he could reasonably have a spot on an A-team roster someday.
Also he plays protoss which is the only race a foreigner has had success with since ElkY retired, so maybe that is relevant!
ps all my friends are gone tonight so i am probably going to be on iccup! Feel free to message me for games!!
