    The umpiring crew has been godawful, from the strike zone to out calls on the bases, to figuring out when the hell to call a game.

    It's really, really fortunate for them that Pena and Upton tied it up or we'd have the most awkward end to a World Series of all time.

    They're going to try to get it going again tonight, although it's unlikely according to the weather reports. Beyond that it looks worse tomorrow, but they'll wait as long as they have to to get it in.

    This series has had the most suspect umpiring ever. I can think of at least five examples that would be highlight reels in the regular season.

    Yeah. Not calling infield fly, for example.
