I got him shearly because of the Tick reference, but as a Transformer, he's pretty lacking. Way down on the posability compared to the other deluxes in the line.

So I finally bought the 360 version of Marathon Durandal.
I'm thinking in the next few days, maybe this weekend, I might try to do a Vidmaster achievement run on Marathon.
I think you can do co-op over Live, not 100% sure, but would anyone be up for that?
It's an enjoyable game, the 3 for mac but I re-bought number 2 on XBLA. The funny thing was when I played them when I was younger I never acutally read the terminals but this play through I did and there pretty funny.

I have a foundry variant that surprisingly doesn't suck. Wearth decided to remake foundry. His contribution is quite interesting. Lots of neat jumps and places to hang around. As well as fixed spawns.

Yeah, I've had the 3 original, plus some fan-made games on my computer for a good while now and have played through some, but I just decided to buy Durandal on Xbox so I could play it on my TV and grab some achievement points while going through it.
It only has one Vidmaster achievement by the way, which is to complete the game on the hardest difficulty, punch all the switches, and kill every single BOB.
I'll probably play through on a normal difficulty by myself to refresh myself with it all, but if we can round up a few people one night we could totally do it on Total Carnage difficulty and kill all the BOBs.
I never got to play Marathon as a kid, we only had a PC and I basically stuck with Doom and Doom II. Only a few years ago did I play the Marathon games, I think it was some time after Bungie made them freeware.

I may get on at midnight EST, but I'd have to leave after two hours. Waking up at 8AM for class is a bitch.
Also, I'm gonna miss out on a good portion of the Halloween Halo 3 Zombies due to having to write a report. Nothing big, just three to five pages and it's only a rough draft (final version isn't due until December in fact), but I also have a load of other papers and projects due in late November/early December, so I figured I'd get this one out of the way.
So day 3 of the forge submissions group, and only 1 person has made a correct post.
Of course, it was immediately shat on for not having everything interlocked and geomerged and blah blah blah pointless things to do just for the sake of doing it.
was going to GameVee this and then post it in the Far Cry thread to prove I suck at default controls, but they're taking forever to do anything with it. First half is Legacy, the second part after I stop and look at the ground is me switched to default controls.

Sorry I couldn't play with you guys when you invited me. I was pretty far into a Marathon level, and was about to call it a night anyway. I've got another paper I'm working on, but by Thursday afternoon I'll definitely be back to Haloing.

How do I make sure that my Live subscription doesn't auto-renew? I tried to modify the membership over the dashboard today and didn't see the option.
Also, are any of my fellow Bees comic book readers?
If you started it through a redeemed code, it won't auto renew. If you have a credit card attached to the account, you'll have to call Microsoft and go through them to cancel/fix it.
I had to do that, since it renewed itself and I didn't have the money in my account. So I made it charge my Mom, and I'll totally pay her back.

If you are talking about the vidmaster annual (beat the game with ghosts), then yeah, you can do co-op, as long as live is involved.
I was playing on the same console as Tea Party, with other people playing over Live, and we got it.

And I believe it has up to 8 player Live co-op

You know, get rid of the crippling spawns so you don't always spawn in a corner (not that broken spawns would matter to Bungie OHHHH)
