Famous pic of a comedian

This is kind of random, but it's been bothering me - what's the name of the comedian in that famous black and white picture showing him sitting on a stool, smoking a cigarette? It's not Denis Leary...I want to say it's John Cusak, but that's not right either, although they do kind of look alike. I'm sorry I can't provide a link. Any thoughts?

    Could it be Bill Hicks?

    There's a black and white photo of him sitting on a chair, reversed, with a cigarette in his hand. It's on the first page of results when one Google Image Searches for "Bill Hicks", however the link appears to be offline.

    Yea it has to be Bill Hicks. I've mistaken him for John Cusack so many times its ridiculous.
