    Fucking awesome, I love the first game so much. While there are some valid complaints its style and pure over the top craziness along with it being just plain fun made it one of my favorite games on the Wii and in general.

    that's fair

    personally, I like the game the same way I like Killer 7. It's not so much about the gameplay but the characters and the atmosphere of the game. I can see why you would be disappointed if you were expecting God Hand though

    God Hand had some excellent gameplay, but I'm surprised you just didn't enjoy NMH for what it was. I mean, it's so ridiculously goofy in it's execution that I became enamored with it pretty quickly. The boss fights are all just so excellent, I mean

    She only beat the first one or two bosses. :(

    I played through the whole thing and loved it, but I need to try Bitter mode.

    I should probably figure out what a dark side dodge is first, though.

    oh gosh, the game doesn't even really start until you get to the rank 7 boss, things really pick up from there

    No More Heroes is one of my all time favorite games. Can't wait for the sequel. I need a time machine to Jan 2010.

    On the dark side dodge thing, there's usually a point in each bosses attack strings where they pause for a second. Pressing to the left or right twice while blocking seemed to do it consistently for me.
