Thanks. I get about 5800 experience for each bucket, and I have been to about 4. So that leave plenty of buckets around Azeroth and Outland. Plus, it saves the hassle of having to get a stupid boar to dig up those damned tubors...
It's not like we're talking warglaives here. It's a fluff achievement. You're halfway there and if they win they're halfway there. PUGs are every man for themself.

Pugs just bring out the worst in people
I just want the pet I am indifferent about the horse on my warlock {I kind of want it or the zg tiger or Anzu on my warrior} but people just are greedy
I saw a broom drop every kill today the blue 100% speed one and people were fighting over it to the last

Has anyone else been interrupted while eating/drinking by nothing lately? I've been interrupted several times today, sometimes after just one "tick" of feeding, and doing it again would go the full duration or wait 5 ticks before stopping. I wasn't in combat, and no DoTs were on me. Wasted some good hollows candy..

Me but it doesn't interrupt me on cannibalize
I do find it funny it counts me eating bodies let around as a food for the statistics page
Nobody, myself and a buddy ran it 5 times last night and got 2 pets. Now our buddy gets our summons until his drops and then we can just worry about farming for that stupid mount. I've seen everything but the mounts drop off this d-bag!
Also I got my Gnomer achievement last night and mother of christ what an awful instance, even at 70.

Yep. Last night during the HH fights, I wondered why nobody was summoning... But I didn't have mana. I sat to eat/drink once, then it just went away apparently. I'm pretty sure I don't carry level 1 food with me...

On our server there's an average loot lag of about 8 seconds and average quest lag of 10-15 seconds. Trust me it can always be worse!!
Ummm...I think people are getting too excited or something on the AH. Saw a couple of glyph stacks (well, quantity 4 and similar) that were slightly cheaper than single glyphs from other sellers. Even if they're not selling anymore, that's quite a leap down in price.
Let's see if I turn a profit on those... Cheap investment. Especially considering they were glyphs I was buying anyways, so just selling the excess.

You probably won't. Initial excitement is over at the moment. Once everyone has bought or made all the glyphs they need, they'll never buy them again. Many glyphs will never sell at all, because they are almost certainly less useful than others.

Many will not sell because I am not going to pay 10+g for them
I cannot find the ones I want or people wanting to make them
It's tough for me, because as much as I'm trying to get some of these achievements done on my warrior, part of me knows it's just a waste because once WotLK comes out I'm going DK as my new main anyways.
Kind of discourages me from spending a lot of time on achievements.

If they don't sell now, I'll hold onto them until the expansion is released. I would assume I could get rid of them quickly the first day then. Maybe.
Then again, they were basically free so I won't be heartbroken if I'm screwed.
Which begs the question--is inscription going to be greater than just shoulder enchants someday? Or are they going to release slightly improved glyphs over time in content patches? Hopefully you guys know something I don't.
Damn maintenance day. I have nothing to do this fine Tuesday.
Also I got my Gnomer achievement last night and mother of christ what an awful instance, even at 70.
Agreed, Fuck that place so hard. Worse than Auchenai Crypts
My friend, girlfriend, and I ran Gnomer about 2 years or so ago. My friend was a 60 mage, and both my girlfriend and I were in the level range for Gnomer.
We were in that big room near the end, before the boss door, when my girlfriend used her Engineering thing to control mechanized enemies. We were all sitting in the same room on a lan, just screwing around. She was jumping one of the robots around near the edge of the hall, and I was watching on my screen... thinking to myself... "She knows not to jump down... right?"
Not sure what provoked her, but she didn't realize what she'd done when she DID jump the bot down to the ground level.
We all stood there for a little while, not really sure what's going on. It was very quiet. About a minute later a metric-fuckton army of Gnomer was approaching us. We didn't live long... but it sure was funny.
(short story: Robot became uncontrolled, began running around the entire area back to us, pulling everything along the way)
Snagged the Cake achievement and the 50 pets achievement last night.
Yes, I'm a sucker for Portal and Army of Darkness quotes.
That said, I need a good 10 or so heroics to get the outland dungeon hero achievement, and some of them suck a lot. One heroic every three days isn't an insurmountable task, but of the achievements I'm working on currently, that's the one that's probably going to suck the most.

First they came for the Muslims, and we said NOT TODAY, MOTHERFUCKER!
Way back when I was leveling my mage I ran gnomer with all my friends. We got to that same tunnel you were at and were fighting the first group of mobs right near the back entrance. All I remember is I tab targeted something else on accident, which happened to be on other end of the tunnel, but within fireblast range, and then we all died to a horrible gang of rape robots.

Gnomer = fun times.
I don't know if that's the same place, but it reminds me of many misadventures in that long tunnel that leads right to the final boss.
If you recall, the tunnel has two levels, one on the top, and a level below that run parallel all the way to the final boss. I remember once we were fighting one of those arcano-mecha things that reflect magic when an alarm-bot came by that we didn't kill right away. It ran into a group of those dark iron dwarves with the land mines before we killed it. We managed to kill the alarm-bot and the dwarves but were mostly dead when the healer says:
"Huh, I can't drink, it says I'm still in combat."
We wait around for a minute or so and it doesn't clear, and we figure we're bugged, then suddenly a swarm of about 50 elite mobs steamrolls us. Apparently the alarm-bot aggroed one of the groups in the tunnel below, and then ran up to us aggroing every group of mobs they passed until they got to us.
Gnomer is usually the place that teaches hunters and warlocks the valuable lesson of dismissing your pet before jumping down places/taking lifts etc. I know it taught me that.
We're thinking the same place. If you head in the back door to Gnomer you take a tunnel and end up more than halfway through that last tunnel before the last boss. I might have been thinking of fireball since I'm sure fireblast doesn't have the sort of range to reach across the pit to the other side.
They mostly fixed that a long time ago. The pets no longer run around via the regular ground, they often 'follow' you down. It's not a smooth jumping animation, they just kind of teleport along with you, either mid air or once you hit solid ground again.

Personally i fucking refuse to redo all those heroics, Blizzard can just fix they're stupid achievement tracking system. If i haven't killed Zul'jin and cleared ZA then how the fuck did i get his blood and the Loop of Cursed Bones that i'm wearing?
Long Story Short: Fuck you Blizzard, Fix the System, I'm never running H Auch Crypts again even if it gives out Proto-Dragons and Blow Jobs.
I'm just glad they didn't have achievements which displayed how much /played you have on your character/account. /shudders at the thought
Achievement Unlocked: You have 365 days /played across your account!

But im getting closer to 70. Its been since the beginning to TBC that i've been playing, and its taken me this long to even get close to 70...
All hail the Hypno-Spode!
Now, I have to ask, is there only one bucket of candy per town or one per Inn. Because there is more than one Inn in SW and IF etc etc.
All hail the Hypno-Spode!
I don't remember bucket of candy in the SW inn that holds the cooking trainer. And I haven't been to the other Inn that is in Ironforge.
Those buckets of candy may not have 700k experience, but what experience they do have is percentage based, so it will bring you really damn close.
edit: Today I saw a few low levels get their 5 Daily quests Achievement while doing the put out the fires daily in Goldshire.
By the time I get home nobody is doing any runs for Horseman, or the people that do send tells don't have their summon. (damn moochers)
The harder the rain, honey, the sweeter the sun.

What I hate is people can see I have the helm via my achievents somehow and refuse to let me have the pet
