My girlfriend is going to be pretty upset when she finds out though, she loves collecting the little buggers, she'll flip when she sees how cute that damn thing is.
Stings a little when you've been a subscriber for the entirety of the 4 years they're commemorating, but you miss out on the bonus because you didn't log in for one day.
Oh well.
You should have called one of the guildies and asked them to log your toons in for you.

Yay I am now level 76 and about to clean up a few quests here and there then do Wrathgate
I saved all my collecter's edition pets and the bear on one of my characters so when I create my death knight on account A a quick trip to the mail box clears up that mess
Hate: Still can't decide what to do with my shaman. I thought I wanted to go enhance, but now I'm weighing my options between elemental and resto. I'm thinking about going resto and picking up ele gear in heroics for when dual-specs come out.
Hate: 15 or so quests in Icecrown for loremaster achievement, and they're all group quests.
I was able to 2-man every group quest in Icecrown. It was me as a prot warrior with a ret paladin so your mileage probably will vary, but certainly 3 people would have no trouble with any of it.
Upgrades: Hit Exalted with Ebon Blade, bought their leather chest and plate boots, got a new belt from a heroic, and built my Spiked Titansteel Helm. With gems and enchants, today's new unbuffed stats are up to 2756 AP (+176), 29.24% crit (+2.50%) and 7.72% hit (+2.38%).
We did a guild run of Utgarde Pinnacle while we were still all 79, and I got a sidegrade (fast dagger with same iLevel as the slow offhand dagger I was using at the time) and upgrade (chest off the drake-rider guy). I had also just hit Honored with Argent Crusade, so I zoomed over to Icecrown, and got the rare req 78 cloak off the vendor there.
This Is Going to Suck: There are no healers on Icecrown (server). Last night there was a "LF1M, need healer" spam in /LFG for every single instance simultaneously, plus the spam of "group looking to do heroics just needs spam, pst." My guild has like 20 active players, and of those we only have one who has a character capable of healing and with any gear to do so.
So, as simply Yet Another Rogue ... I guess I'll be leveling my leatherworking and doing quests instead of instances. :V
Happy: Heroic Naxx cleared last night, and I picked up a nice healing neck off Sapphiron.
Happy: Visiting family-in-law in the U.S. for Thanksgiving.
Unhappy: No WoWs down there. And all the heroic raids will be cleared by the time we're back this week.
I like how the bears just sit around while you're engaging in epic battles.

Happy: Got a Titansteel Shanker crafted yesterday. My wallet's 3400g lighter but, eh. It's not like I was doing anything with my 30k gold anyway. And I've still got the other half of Zul'Drak to quest in, as well as Storm Peaks and Icecrown, so I'm sure I'll make all of that back and more by the time it's all said and done.
Hate: How many fucking Death Knights are in Hellfire Peninsula. Jesus merciful christ, standing around for ten minutes trying to tag a Buzzsaw (or whatever his name is) spawn while shitloads of other DKs spam AoEs around the area is not my idea of a good time. I haven't hated leveling in HFP that much since I first started playing TBC.
Hope: Zangarmarsh and on is less crowded.
Also hope: I can ding 70 this weekend (hit 61 last night and I have Thurs-Sun off) and give Outland the bird forever.

Happy: I spent some time exploring icecrown when I was able to get back on, and managed to mine 5 titanium nodes in a row (two of them were right next to each other :shock:) as well as several saronite nodes before and after. Needless to say my titansteel shield is only a frozen orb and two titansteel cooldowns away, and thanks to friends with transmutes and the lefovers, the goggles are looking very likely by the end of the month.

I know, and I considered it for about half a second. At this point I was just pissed off. I've been having a hell of a time leveling. My crew is already running Naxx and I'm trailing way, way behind. Between House, MD, and a complete lack of drive, I'm getting frustrated with the game and with myself, and I just want to hit 80 already. I will get there on my DK in the coming weeks, so hopefully my computer can survive it the second time around. I've been getting lots of crashes since Wrath went live. It's disheartening.

The east portion of Zangarmarsh was bad on Sunday, the western portion was not terrible. You might want to consider skipping the CE quests in Zangarmarsh for now. Maybe even skip right to Terrokar.

If I had made plans with her and broken them to play WoW, I would totally understand why she was pissed and not fault her for it. But we hadn't made plans, and she called me up out of the blue to go out for dinner and I let her know it wasn't enough of a warning and I wouldn't be able to leave for at least 30 minutes.
She came home pissed off and unplugged my router. We argued for hours, where I went point by point into detail about how i'm the one spending most of the time with the puppy, taking him out 10+ times a day, and how I had already cut back on WoW by a good 50% (My main is only 74, and I only play maybe a couple hours every other day now) in order to help raise this puppy that she just had to have. The funny thing, is that if it was watching TV or surfing all day, she wouldn't care, but for whatever reason the computer thing just sets her off so whatever.
Needless to say, she felt like a complete ass and apologized, and promised never to do it again.
