So I just got C&C The First Decade. To say I'm having issues would be an understatement.
C&C 1: I use my PC through a HDTV via VGA, and my TV hates certain resolutions. Including whatever resolution this is at - it's all flickery, and has big black borders (which a re ok, but the flickering makes my head hurt)
Red Alert: Same thing as C&C.
Tiberian Sun: Works perfectly after I set it to 800 x 600
Red Alert 2: RA2 Vanilla works now, and has an option for 1024 * 768. Also holy shit just watched the intro for the first time in about 7 years, and Leland from Twin Peaks is the fucking President! Also that CG looks awful.
Yuri's Rewengey: Took about 10 minutes to get past the splash screen but seems to be functional now. Not sure if it will make me wait every time though.
The other games: I didn't install them as they're shit.
So basically: Is there any way to run the first two games in a Window?Also how many other people have started threads thinking they have a major issue only to realise their issue is pretty tiny?

* Update it... update it right now. (v1.02)
* You can change C&C2/RA2 to run at any resolution you like by tweaking some ini files. (for example at 1680x1050 etc)
Also, bunch of tweaks/fixes.

I've got a spare copy of Portal, if anyone wants it message me.
Hopefully this will also fix my other issue where Yuri's Revenge loads, but takes about 10 minutes from start to actually playing a skirmish.
