Is DesignQuote.net worth the money?

I’m having trouble finding a job and need to bring in more freelance graphic design gigs. I am considering trying to land work through DesignQuote.net, but something about it seems kind of fishy. Anyone have stories or knowledge to share?

    I've never done that site but I would recommend checking our guru.com if only on the side. They have a pretty good setup.
