I did a check, didn't see any threads in the last 10 or so pages, so heres the place to post some pictures of your room, your stuff, prized posessions, etc.
I like them a lot, but the problem is that I can't hear my bass very well unless I'm at the otherside of my room or leaning over my monitor, having my head directly above it (?), so I'm not sure where exactly it should be positioned. I could put it to the left or right, but it seems to me like that would make it sound off center.

Supposedly, your ear can't register where base comes from -- it uses the midtones to correctly position the base, which the speakers provide.

Me too please. I promise I won't make any references to the movie. I'm sure you've heard them all. I just want to ride in the car. Oh, and be your friend.

Athenor is correct -- your ear won't register where the bass is coming from, putting it to the left or right is the best bet -- I find, with it underneath, it shakes the furniture too much (causing a rattle), as well as a fair amount of distortion... and above, you can't hear it very well.
I'm so glad someone started up one of these threads again.. out of curiousity, besides shelves, do any of you know a good way to organize cd cases? I've been thinking of just throwing the actual cases out and keeping the booklets and cds in a cd book or something.
The Metal Gear Pics made me want to try this out as well... but my obsession is Mega Man not Metal Gear. Oh Also... I suck at taking pictures so they might be off center and the like. Also I ended up with 21 pictures, so I'm going to put some as just links.
42 in plasma HDTV. Not alot else to say about it. Its hooked up to the cablebox, GC, PS2, XBOX, and a laptop for streaming videos. Also... I just want to note... I suck at photography my room isn't leaning.
Consoles hooked to the 42 in screen. Also just for fun... Virtual-On Twin Sticks.
Front room TV is a 36 in SDTV. I know an SNES, Top Loading NES, PSone, Genesis/CD/32x monster, DC and Saturn are hooked up and are either shown or are in the drawers. Also Mega Man standee.
My desk isn't too messy.
Anime Shelf 1 Anime Shelf 2 Anime Shelf 3
My book case filled with anime stuffs. I'm running out of room. Not pictured: Nadisco 1-6 DVDs as someone is borrowing them, Kenshin 15-28 as they are behind 1-14, Bleach 1-15 and Chrono Crusade 1-8. Also Pic 3 has my artbooks.
Newer Games Shelf 1 Newer Games Shelf 2 Newer Games Shelf 3 Newer Games Shelf 4
Contains my PS2, GC, XB, DC, and PSone games. Not pictured: Final Fantasy Tactics (its in the front room), Disgaea (Being borrowed), Power Stone 2, Chu Chu Rocket, Marvel Vs Capcom 2, Record of Lodoss Wars (all were on a non pictured shelf... it didn't have much). The Wind Waker Link Bobble Head is supposed to be kinda rare and the Aiai plushy was easily the best thing about Super Monkey Ball Adventure
Eh. Posted in the last thread, but not my whole room.
It's a bit girly. Deal with it
Bed and table next to it with a commission piece I finished framing... (pasteboard! w00t)
I scored that Resident Evil poster for free. The guys at my EB gave it to me a few years ago when I asked. And it was laminated to boot. The Halo and Fable ones I took from work, haha. Shitloads of postcard, some from anime convention Artists Alleys. Lots of junk on my shelf; mostly tanks, DVD's, a few of my console games and all of my GBA/DS ones, some Trigun figures, really old stereo left over from my brother, artbooks and empty figure boxes.
Also, some of my favourite posters on my door.
Computer desk, plus shelves full of some Japanese magazines. New Intuos tablet :winky:. Monitor is a CRT Philips. My most recent figure arrived in the mail the other day. I love her pose, even though I've never seen Zeta Gundam. She has a nice 'don't fuck with me' atitude. Cowboy Bebop poster covers a lot of holes in the paintwork... (I've taken down a lot of my posters)
TV at foot of bed...lime green chair, paper lamp behind the TV etc. etc.
Digital pic of my floor...
Exciting, I know. I have a few paintings on the other wall, and I've since gotten a wall clock and a photograph framed of a scene in London, where I lived for a short time.
What model TV is that and what did you pay for it?
Polaroid. Best TV for the price, uses Mitsubishi panels. Looks good/better than my friends Samsung. 26 inches, HDMI, 2 Component, 3 Composite, 1 VGA, Audio Outs, Built in HD Tuner... www.polaroid.com has them. I got it on sale at Circuit city for $700.
All their TV's are amazing, just FYI. Nice case design too.

I've seen the poster so many times, what is it/where is it from?

Go go university dorm room! :P
Yeppers. 360 is locked under the bed in a trunk, currently, because it's midterms. All the rest of the consoles are home.

So yeah, left/right is the best placement.

Damn straight it is. Now if only it would work most of the time ...
Yea... I'm way too lazy to rewrite my post from the last thread too... so here it is word for word:
Mmm Mega Man.

Is that a Lian Li PC60 computer case?
Yup.
And IIRC, you have dualies, too, right? Or was that someone else?

Hows that case been working out for you? I just ordered one. Am I going to need to replace any of the fans or are they good quality?
I'll post more when I get home, so much has changed as far as my collection and gaming setup goes, that it'd be silly to post outdated pictures.
