So have there been any new details on the online play? I long for a casual play option, cause I won't EV train or anything for the first playthrough.

I'd like it if it had a "Free" mode. I,e you just wander around and take pictures. No points, no path. Just pictures.

That looks fake, so very, very fake.

Misdreavus is right out of Colosseum and Ursaring from XD. Cute, but still a fake.

It doesn't look very convincing to me. The images of all the other pokes besides ursaring a misdreavus look like drawings. My votes on fake until I see some more evidence.

I would love for this to be true, however.

I can't see why Nintendo would copy/paste a Colo poke to promote a new game.
Same goes for the Larvitar, it's out of XD.
On top of that people are reporting the Japanese writing is poorly done.

    Scrums attack power rose!

    Sorry, sorry.

Anyway, the anime needs more Brock battling. Like, with his OLD Pokemon.

I want a DP movie with Ash facing off against some super extreme Pokemon(Darkrei, maybe?) and getting his ass beat, while Brocks at the Pokemon center.

Then when all is said and done, Brock steps up and fucks up the Evil Pokemon of the movie, reminding us he's a GODDAMN GYM LEADER FOR A REASON.

    Also: Onix would be used.

So I was thinking of getting one of the GBA pokemon games. Between Emerald or FR and LG which would you choose? Ruby and Saphire are impossible to find around here. I also need some advice: How do you beat someone who crams his team with legendaries only? My best friend/rival/asshole always picks legendaries for his team and loads them with attacks that cripple my main battlers.

EMERALD. It offers the most out of all of the games.

Also, is the friend thing Netbattle or in person?

He's gotten smarter in that respect.

    Now it's "Pikachu, Iron Tail!"

Also Lightor: Do you want Old School or do you want the new challenges? if the former, FR and LG are amazingly fun "remakes"(more like remasteries, really)

I'll be getting a Game Boy Micro for Christmas. I haven't played a Pokemon game since Pokemon Red however many years ago that was.

What do you recommend: the adaptations of Red/Blue (Fire Red and Leaf Green or something), or Pokemon Emerald?

I should note that I don't own a Micro, but I read it in a thread recently and I just wanted to make sure that somebody getting into the Pokemon series with a Micro was aware of a possible annoyance.

You can't trade with a DS, either. I'm glad I kept my original GBA as well as my SP.

You can trade between a GBA/SP and the Micro if you each have a wireless adapter. The GBA/SP can obviously use the one that came with FR/LG, but the Micro needs a special one ordered from the Nintendo online store.

Serebii(ugh...) recently updated his site with no info on trainer types for Pokemon Wii. Although it's a bit...confusing about the types of trainers.
There are 6 base models for the Custom Trainers with a massive variety of accessories and choices, many of which are obtained over time as you earn PokéCoupons and defeat the Colosseums. They vary from a Young Boy & Girl to Body Builders or Women. It's all up to you
Is it 6 per gender? Or only 3(young boy/girl, mid-age i.e main character, and bodybuilder)

Either way I'm totally making Big McLargehuge. Who's gonna use Wigglytuff and other cute Pokemon.

And a female Bodybuilder type character who uses cute and flowery pokemon. God I hope we can set their battle phrases. Lots of quotes from the Planet Amazonia ep of Futurama :P

Also this is all after my main trainer with the classy tux ;)
