- Linksys N router in a separate room from all of the above.
Can I:
Get another router, with memory storage capabilities, and hook all three gaming systems and external HDD to, and use the Router to connect wirelessly to the other router? (I'm not particularly interested in getting the Microsoft adapter, and the signal isn't too good where the systems are for the PS3.)
You'll have to bare with me because I'm fuzzy on this, but I don't know of too many routers that will repeat a wireless network and even when they do it seems like they will only repeat "open" networks. So you can't always have a network with security features as your base, which might not sit well with you.
DD-WRT allows a lot of routers to be Universal Wireless Repeaters, but I'm not sure how many it supports with Storage Links if any (I don't think I saw any Linksys routers with Storage Links that it supported).
One backwards ass solution that I can think of would be to have a PC with a wireless card to pull down an IP from your router, then connect a wired router to it in order to share the connection with all your consoles. You could skip the storage link because you would have the hard drive on that PC and could presumably access it through file sharing all the same. This does not sound optimal in the least but I'll throw it out there just in case someone doesn't come through with a better solution (and I hope they do).

P.S., if for some reason you do go through with my solution and don't have a wired adapter for the Wii, you can find cheap ones here: http://www.dealextreme.com/search.dx/search.wii%20lan
