So i currently have a car that's 1 year into a 3 year financing plan with the manufacturer. Will i be able to move to a different province, maintaining my monthly payments, or will i have to pay off the car completely before i can move it?
I see absolutely no reason why moving should have any effect on your car loan. You'll obviously need to inform them that you're moving and give them the new address, but that should be all.

If you are moving to start a new job and it's 40km away from your current job keep all of your receipts related to your move. Their is a moving expenses deduction available on your Canadian tax return. Send me a PM if you have any questions or call an accounting firm when you prepare your taxes next year.
I am still financing my car through Honda's financing thing and a couple years ago I moved from BC to Alberta for a few months. I didn't tell Honda anything, they just kept taking money from my bank account every month. What you DO need to do though, is get an out of province inspection done on your car if you want to get the new provinces license plates. At least this is the case in Alberta (and when I moved back to BC).
