That Nova preview was awesome. Quasar #1 come out today, which was also awesome. Looking forwards to Starlord and following all of the Conquest series so far.
Actually, I believe that it'll be Gamora and the Phalanx that re-animates Rich.
I mean, the Worldmind has grown found of him, and he'll do anything he can to save him, but if push comes to shove, the Worldmind veiws itself as vastly more important then one human being. He'll straight up dump him if he has to.
And then you have Rich, the hero of the Annihilation War. With him on your side, it's a VAST moral blow for pretty much the entire galaxy. Even without his connection to the Worldmind and the complete access to the Nova Force, just using him as a symbol is more then effective.

I loved the Ronan art. The thin, kind of dirty lines and flat colors really reminded me of Kolins' work on The Flash, which I loved. Now if any series had poor art it was the Super-Skrull one. The cartoony, lighthearted art just didn't work with such a serious story. And it was even good cartoony, like Skottie Young or Damion Scott. It just looked weird.

That's really strange, because I was exactly the opposite. I loathe the way the Ronan books looked, but I really loved the way Super Skrull was done. I can't really say why, but the style just clicked with me.
I really only had a problem with the Ronan art. I didn't mind the Super Skrull art, although I agree it did NOT fit the theme at all. Nova's mini's art was by far my favorite, and I wish the main book was done with that art.
I've figured out what I hate about the Ronan art; it all looked way too flat. I think even my amateur pencil work for the hero tourney gives a better illusion of depth than Jorge Lucas' stuff in that book. If anything, I think if he had someone else do his inking, they may have been able to fix that some.
The Super Skrull stuff was a little too characaturized for some of the scenes, especially the one with Praxagora near the end (you know the one), but I think it really captured his power set well in the over-the-top action sequences.
Anyway, maybe I missed something, but how is Phyla planning on breaking into Kree space when Rich couldn't even get through?
I've been worried about A:Q. The Prologue, Quasar and Wraith were kind of lacklusture. Nova was okay, but not spectacular.
Starlord though? Teeheehee! Oh man this is going to be great!

So it's probably been brought up, but Wraith is Dream of the Endless: Space Cowboy. Heck, whole panels look like they were taken from the Sam Keith run.
In that ish, it appears that Rohan was the one who ordered the bionic stuff removed... but we know for a fact that he's already been selected in Wraith: The Adventures of Dream the Endless

The orders were probably given before he was turned into a select.
I think I read somewhere that when raccoons are supposedly washing their food, they're really using the flowing water of a stream or whatever to help them feel out the good bits of an animal to eat.

She still loves Rich, she just has to do the Phalanx's orders.

yeah, italics bad
The art was terrible, but I could look past it because I really liked the character.
I just read Quasar this weekend, and I have to say it's my favorite mini so far, at least until I manage to read Starlord.

Sorta changed when he was in the main series, though.
What? When did the last hardcover come out? I was in my LCS just yesterday and they didn't have it...at least, not that I could see.
It came out like two weeks ago I believe.
