    Skill.

You know what they say about tall guys...they'll shoot you in the nuts from 150 yards away.

Fuuuck. How many levels am I going to have to drop to make my person not a freak?

Probably more than you'd like. Anything you take is going to change you, I'm quite sure. Physique makes you more beefy, skill makes you tall, and wisdom gives you the blue glowing designs on your skin.

If I were to pick something to de-level first, it would be Speed.

EDIT: I guess one upside is that you might be able to pick off enemies in a crowd of civilians, guards, or buddies, since you've got a higher perspective. The effect is probably negligible, though.

Well, good thing I already deformed this character by making them hilariously fat.

Regarding the expression statue in Bowerstone Graveyard...
I got the statue to open the door; shot the target thing a couple times, but I got bum-rushed by hollow men the last time I was aiming at it, and had a huge hand across my line of sight, and didn't see where the damned thing went. Anyone know where I can find it?

    EDIT: Nevermind, found it.

You'd think skill would make you a tall and spindly archer or something. Instead, it's just like they resized my character. She's not fat. . .she's just a few sizes larger than the little elves around me. It's weird and doesn't really look right.

I just got the noble lady's hat and now I look like Joanie from Deadwood. Also, I tried the ranger's jacket and I think it is bugged on my character. It's hard to describe, but it doesn't fit to her body, it's all bulky and looks like it was made for a massively overweight character.

It's not really a jacket so much as a breastplate with a cloak. I think it makes sense that a piece of armor won't fit perfectly.

btw: ranger outfit with highway boots and gloves and a wizard's hat = one sharp looking Witch Hunter. Cutlass and pistol for full effect.

I'm doing a lot of EDITing tonight: That loading screen message that pops up, about the "One hero doll in every universe," is that about
The prize at the shooting range?

Is there any easy way to kind of track what buildings/businesses you own? It doesn't mark them on the map though there is an icon when you run by.

I know you can track your families through the quests/regions section. Don't remember if they also have property tracking there.

No on the property being marked. I am betting the reasoning behind that is that it would be severely inundated once you bought up a ton of property.

    My character:
    100% Good
    100% Corrupt
Illustrious in all but the Gypsy Camp where I am Luminary. (Which is better?)
I'm slightly on the Attractive side.
    Total Renown: 18016
    Total Experience: 762064
    Best Crucible Time: 900 seconds
2 wives, one that loves me, the other can't make up her mind
    2 children who miss me
77 people in love with me

    Kicked a Chicken 11 yards
1 STD probably from when I made my first baby with Alex the slut

I just bought the Limited Collector's Edition (LCE?), and watched my brother play it for a bit.

This game looks gorgeous in some places, but is it me or is there some serious slowdown in places? Some bland textures pull the game's graphics down too. I'm almost considering the game to be better looking in the stills than in motion.

Of course, it's a minor gripe since the rest of the game looks like what I've been dreaming of.

In Bowerstone, there's a cellar door in the bottom floor of the furniture shop.
With a silver key behind a locked gate.

    How do I access this?

To access it, you have to go for a swim. Head down to the little dock area and you should be able to find a 'treasure' bubble underneath one of the wooden docks (it's not very noticeable). Dive and you'll come out in the place that you want.

I do love exploring in this game.

Has anyone here finished the game? I'm up to some sort of point of no return (endgame spoilers, obviously)
I'm about to recruit Stephen Fry's character, I forget his name. I was just told that 'after this, I'll be going straight to Lucien, so I should wrap up all of my quests. Can I finish those quests later? I kind of want to finish the main storyline, but don't want to miss out on the many many sidequests I haven't done yet.

Don't worry. You're probably just to..

One loading screen said that you can play after the main storyline is over, and in fact some quests are only available post-endgame, which I think partially answers your question at least.

I did it up to 4 before moving on.

I just got it 5 stared tonight.

However, After having mastered both Blacksmithing and woodchopping now, I'm going to have to go with woodchopping being far less irritating, and far better for making money quickly for a job.

Bartending seems to be the most profitable, but it isn't available as often as woodchopping or blacksmithing. It's easier than blacksmithing (but not as easy as woodchopping) too.

I just took three whores to a random house and bought it. It feels odd to go "I need a bed to have sex with these whores in... I know, I'll buy this house!"

Anyway, they liked it so much I proposed to all three of them immediately afterwards. Of course, now they want exclusivity, so keeping them all happy might be more trouble than it's worth.

I've gotten 6 of 8 so far...can't remember the time in seconds, though. You would have to do pretty exceptional in one or two rounds to not get them all perfect but still beat the record, I imagine.

Oh, it's judged on overall time? So, all the par times combined would be the record to beat I guess. Good to know, thanks.

Does it save your round times individually, or do you have to beat it all in one run?
