Got tired of the competition for any mobs at all on the Necrotic Stones, so I grabbed a few friends and got zombified. 4 Zombies running in out of nowhere made the chaos disolve into full out factional warfare.
Azshara: Out on the beach basically in the middle of the zone.
Tanaris: SW corner, by the pass into Un'Goro.
Winterspring (vaguely remembered from the Naxx opening) On a ridge by the road..somewhere.
Blasted Lands: Serpent's Coil, right to the south of Nethergarde.
sometimes people tame pets and they keep their original size. not sure how it works
The devilsaurs shrink down when you tame them. There are numerous pet buffs that can make them huge again.
Except, the only buffs on the pet are separation anxiety or whatever it's called now and spirit bond. And it stayed that way for as long as I was there.

No, what he's talking about is some kind weird bug that I've only seen in EPL. Devilsaurs randomly turn back into their normal size, have their original tag and the elite circle around their portrait. It seems to be clientside though, because I was getting a couple of tells about my pet and in General, but it was normal sized for me.
Necropoli just appeared over a bunch of 40-60 zones, apparently killing enough scourge on the ground forces the Necropoli to retreat(I think they had the same thing last time? I was too underlevelled at the time to see it). It appears that ALL the Argent Healers are gone now, too. There's a few AD members standing in capitol cities handing out a quest to report in at Light's Hope Chapel, but I haven't been yet, so I don't know what the questline is.
And before I logged off, I noted that at least half of Orgrimmar was infected, and with the 2 minute plague, that meant almost constantly being in combat. I feel sorry for anyone who just started their first character and entered their capitol city, only to be mobbed by ?? level zombies.
There are some left, I saw one next to A'dal and the one on aldor rise near the inn was still there.
Oh, and the recolored pally T2 for the plate event set
This is all apparently identical to the previous Scourge invasion (minus of course the kara boss and the zombies) except tooled for level 70s, so if you guys have some questions you can probably get em answered here.
getting the normal spawns in a secluded spot with two or three people in your group isn't so bad. but eventually by the shadow phase, there's about a million people there and its impossible to get even one of the four shadow things that spawn. the only way I managed to get mine was by waiting for it to kill everyone till it wasn't grey anymore, then finished it off.
Aw man. Bringing zombie plague to somewhere heavily populated like Nethergarde Keep can get some mighty fine results
One man can pretty much devestate the place.
I'd still like to find someplace with a quick enough respawn rate(like the old vulture spot in Moonbrook) to get a perma-zombie infestation.
I really am thinking that what I've got going on at the entrance to the keep has enough wanderers and a staggered enough infection cycle to keep self perpetuating without player involvement. The high through traffic to the portal keeps the zeds on the move as well.
Four manned the new Karazhan boss today. Group was Prot Warrior, Resto Shaman, Fury Warrior, and Ret Pally. Got a little hairy sometimes, and took a while, but it was doable! Can't believe that axe is a guitar.
Personally i really don't want that, i'm going to be busy for most of today doing uni work, but i've got tomorrow off. If they just chained the ziggs together it'd be over before tomorrow rolls around.

Sweet. Thanks.

Where are you guys buying this stuff?
Azshara: Out on the beach basically in the middle of the zone. SE of Valormok(horde flightpoint) right near the road.
Tanaris: SW corner, by the pass into Un'Goro. Outside Gadget(if it's the same as the Naxx event)
Winterspring: Frostsaber rock, ?
Blasted Lands: Serpent's Coil, right to the south of Nethergarde, ?
Eastern Plaguelands: East of Corrin's Crossing, ?
Burning Steppes: ?, ?

Yes, it is that freaking cool.

All hail the Hypno-Spode!
Hate you so much... I am trying to find a way to score this on my Dwarf but it doesn't seem likely at this point.
All hail the Hypno-Spode!
..the dead rising from the graves! Thirty years of darkness, dogs and cats living together....mass hysteria!
P.S. Where did that trinket come from? The one with the bubblehearth?
Holy crap!

So, ya, unless I hear word of it cooling off substaintially, no scourge invasion for me.
