I'm distressed - Blackberry Curve Volume Question -

My volume keys for my brand new blackberry aren't working! It seems they only work when controlling the camera zoom feature. I've tried looking online at forums, but to no avail.

Can someone please give me some input?

    Honestly, if you just got your bb, take it to a store, and get them to trade it out. You shouldnt have a problem if you didnt do anything to wreck it (spill something on it or whatever).

    Have you tried taking the battery out and reinserting, and see if that fixes it? I had a problem with my Curve where the zoom function on the camera suddenly stopped working completely, and that did the trick. Likewise with a few other random issues.

    Other than that, take Elrosst's advice - take it into a corporate store and get them to swap it for a new one.
