i need to paint some rubber boots white for my Halloween costume but as far as i know any paint i use will peel off. does anyone know of any kind of paint, spray or otherwise that will stick to rubber without peeling/chipping or any other kind of involuntary paint removal.

if it's just for halloween, you could probably get by with a normal paint for the night. It shouldn't immediately start peeling off, I think.

look into vinyl dye... it's for vinyl, but may work on rubber as well...

it's designed to work on the flexible surfaces since it actually penetrates into the material rather than just sitting on top like paint
