GHWT drums/guitar/mic + RB2... can you configure which drum pads you use for which notes in RB2? Ie which drum pad gets left out due to there being an extra one?

There's a kick pedal. It doesn't have anything to secure it on but velcro, and the lines in game aren't as bold as Rock Bands, but theres definitely a kick pedal.

yea my coworker bought it and he said he never had one and was playing it just fine and all this... of course he's a big bs'er so i guess i don't even know if he bought it... and he said GHWT was way better than rock band so he can't be trusted anyways.

Agreed. And also - although one year SUCKS, it kinda makes sense. I'm assuming the deal is still semi-fresh, and turnaround on the masters is a very long process, and I'd also guess this release is going to be more than a DLC pack, so extra time would be required.
Although it also says Paul McCartney has seen a demo, so perhaps the GAME will in Christmas 2009, with a couple song packs between now and then...or McCartney just saw a ROCK BAND demo in general...

It's rather depressing. Every other music group I listen to she tolerates pretty well and has even taken most of my musical tendencies, but dammit she absolutely refuses to even slightly like the Beatles. I'm not even allowed to listen to them with her around. They put her in a bad mood. It's weird.

I'm a pretty good Beatles Fans, my friend's girlfriend though, she fucking exploded into a sea of rainbows and dinosaurs playing electric guitars with children and everyone is so happy it's paradise.
"Fun for Rock Band" translates into different things for different people.
While I can find joy in songs I don't like if they're charted well, I can also find joy in songs I love that aren't very challenging at all.

EDIT: And Joah, if we're getting Beatles in Rock Band, "I Wanna Hold Your Hand" is pretty much confirmed. I would bet on most of 1, actually.
