Spam GMAIL account

OK SO I got a notification that a GMAIL account that I didn't create is now active. Normally I'd suspect a typo but the account name contains part of my address plus my fathers name slightly misspelled. How do I contact google and let them know this is likely a Spam address and they may have breached my account? I couldn't find anything on their support forums.
