Getting a cold?

I'm getting a bit of a cold, normally this won't be a problem but the next two weeks are the busy two weeks in my life.

Ok, not busiest, but I have a ton of stuff I must get done. After that I don't' care if I'm sick for the next 2 months.

I've been loading up on orange juice, tomatoes, apples, green tea, vitamins. I don't know if it helps, but can't hurt right?

The only downside is I haven't been sleeping much as I should.

Anything else that I can do to help increase my chances of getting over this quickly?

Eccinachea tincture. It can help boost your immune system. :) And also just drink plenty of water.

So can you get some more sleep? Because that is really the biggie when it comes to colds. Manage your time strictly so you can fit in as much rest as possible.

Working in a pharmacy for around 3-4 years, the thing I always saw suggested by the better pharmacists and co-workers was zinc.

Try something like Cold-eze, it's zinc and it comes in a lozenge. Kill two birds with one stone.

Also, vitamin c is a preventative measure. Taking a bunch of it doesn't do that much for you.

    Nothing. Matters.
