Hope this isn't against the rules (i read through them 
) I thought it would be cool to have a thread where we can all post up the names of illustrators who inspire us to to work harder. Let's all share our favorite illustrators, and who knows, maybe we will all find something new and inspiring!
Robin Eley - My tutor, the reason i started painting. Mostly works with acrylics.
Jason Seiler - Caricature artist, does editorial work. You all probably know his work.

To sum it up, I listed Seth Fisher, Darwyn Cooke, Alex Toth, Bruce Timm. I have to say, Ramos doesn't do it for me, but I do like Ottley. I also dig Frank Quitely, Frank Frazetta, Moebius, Geof Darrow, Tim Sale, and Mike Mignola.
I'm feeling lazy now, and leave you ladies and gents to GIS for yourselves if interested.
