We in developed nations are so lucky, we don't even know how lucky we have it. And it all comes down to being born in one place rather than another. Yeah, we should spend money helping people who didn't have the good fortune to be born into wealth.
I'd suggest you read up on some of the nations who recieve aid to see just what help it provides, and the situations those countries are in. Nevermind that its hard to try when you haven't had a meal in days, or what you have eaten isn't even the equivelant of a small pack of McD's fries.
