Help with collectible items (spoilers)

So, I'm about to go against the final boss and I realize that I haven't found everything. I'm still missing one concept art (the one directly above Charles), and two songs. I have "The Eight-Bit Precipice Of Darkness", "The Enigmatic Overture", and "A Madman And His Violin". Assuming that you get a song at the end like the first game, I'm still missing one. I'm also missing a costume, but again that sounds like it comes from the end of the game. I've looked all over for them and haven't been able to find them, so if anyone can remember where or at least which region it is in I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

    -I may be wrong about the picture, but I believe that you find it in the very back of Anne-Claire's room somewhere above her workbench. It's the concept art for the evil comb and the evil calendar. (And you're right about getting the last album at the end.)
    -The other album is "Jasper, Bring the Car Around" and I think it was in the piano at the bottom floor of the apartments, but there's about a 99.8% chance I'm wrong.
    -The final costume is unlocked in Insane Mode. And it is the fucking shit.

    Okay I've gotten all 5 albums but only 8/12 art, here's what I remember right off the top of my head.

    Art: Telescope @ Anne-Claire's
    Radar screen looking box on the floor to the right of Anne-Claire
    Lemonade Stand @ the Fair (dunno which)
    and I really didn't pay attention where the rest were someone else will have more.

    Albums: Box above and right in the book case @ AC's
    Piano in the Riverbrook Apartments
    Lemonade Stand @ the Fair (dunno which)
    Last Boss
    And (I think) an album in the morgue boxes @ the Sanitarium

    I'm looking for a single piece of concept art if anyone can help. It's the second from the top on the right hand side. It's the concept art that is below the
    line art drawing of the box cover
    and above
    the picture of Charles.
    Anyone know where that is found?

    I'm having the same problem, I think it may be piece six, just can't find it.

    the artwork of mr tails is found behind the riverbrook estate sign on the first scene of that world, in the trashpile.

    the bonus comic is now going to keep me laughing for ages, mocap indeed :)
