You have to answer Gestahl's questions/propositions pretty much perfectly. There is a point value attributed to each one. There are a few FAQS on GameFAQs that goes over the exact path.

The Dragon's Den is crazy. I can't even kill the Blue Dragon quartet, not to mention whatever's waiting further in.

Also, I managed to get all of Shadow's dreams except the one
pretty much spelling out that he's Relm's father.

Isn't the odds of getting that one like 1/48?

The charm bangle, dammit, I knew I forgot something! I am in the middle of grinding for the last dungeon in WoB, now that vanish/doom and vanish/x-zone don't work, I can't kill Intagir in one hit.

It's better to just wait until the WoR for your grinding needs, especially if you're going after AP.

Cactaurs are the way to go, my friend.

Also: Vanish/Doom will still work, but only if the enemy isn't immune to instant death.
Also also: You can use the Confuse/Smoke Bomb trick to grind Intangirs.

Queue up casting confuse on a character, before the spell casts, command the target to use a smoke bomb. Confused player characters will execute the last command given to them when confuse hits, except with the target bit switched (so will target all enemies instead of all allies) and force them to run. easier to pull off if you buffer up a few commands before confuse/smoke bomb, so you have more time to pull it off.
