If you're looking for more single player stuff, Gears 2. More Multiplayer stuff? World at War. Don't get me wrong Gears 2, multi is great too. If Co-op is your emphasis, it's a tough call. World at War has 4 player Co-op and Nazi Zombies, but Gears 2 Campaign Co-op is much longer and has horde mode.
P.S. If you can find any copies of it left (assuming you want the 360 version of World at War) Best Buy has it on sale for $35 and Gamecrazy has it on sale for $40.

World at War.
