Blaket, look for a lever against the wall, not on the ground. I got stuck at a few areas over there too, but there will always be a lever on a collumn or on a wall somewhere.

The room he's refering too has a door at the end of the the hall. In fact, it's the only way out. It's utterly impossible to miss.

They point out all the crucial levers and this isn't one of them. That lever is there to show you how it raises cover so you know what to do later in the game.

Telling someone who's asking for help that their obstacle is "so obvious" without offering any actual help is a dick move. Period.

What part of door and hallway is there not to get? This isn't a sandbox game.

I posted somewhat in jest but if you're serious about taking this to task whatever.

I don't know why everyone is harping on the Gears writing so much. Yeah it's not fucking Shakespeare, but it's one of the few games (not just limited to shooters, games in general) to come out lately where the story actually gets better as the game goes on. Even games like Mass Effect and Bioshock hit their stride around halfway through and kind of decline after that. Everything just constantly gets better in GoW2 as the game goes on.

you are crazy about Mass Effect because if you do the planets in the proper order its builds perfectly and once you get to the Virmire/Ilos/endgame portion it's pretty much nonstop awesomeness
