Help me identify this "muppet" [solved]

Someone here has to know what movie/skit/show this muppet thing is from. It's been around the internet for a while, but I've never been able to identify it.

    It isn't from a movie or show, it's a series of photographs of social situations with the 'creature'. I can't recall the name of the series or the artist right now, but I'm pretty sure it was something like Understanding <Name>.. but I forget the creature's name, gah. Google Fu time..

    This comes up all the time, it's part of a series by Charlie White that is supposed to symbolize human emotion/fear etc.

    Some of those pictures have very naked people in them.
