I'm posting this into a new thread since I'm guessing a lot people filter out the TBK thread with their eyes. This contest is open to EVERYONE (that has registered more than a month ago). You don't even need to be good at the game to have a chance to win MSBUX.
tl;dr There's 1200MSbux for getting the most points, 1600 for the best picture and 1600 for best film clip.
tl;dr It appears Mythic is coming in February, so expect your prize sometime before then.

While we usually play Halo 2 on Nov 9th, it's really hard to get anyone to play it anymore. Not only does it take forever to set up the maps, but the online is a wasteland of douches and superbouncers and whatnot.
So for this one I think we should focus on Halo 3, since most everyone will probably be on Recon next year.
So what is the haps?
On November 9th, I'm going to post a special map and a special gametype. Play this gametype/map with a lot of other people. And then you can win prizes!

Category: most accumulated points throughout the day
Stipulation: only games with at least 6 people will count, and only some of your highest scoring games (the number of games I count depends on the turnout)
Prize: 1200 (15$) Microsoft Points sent to you via PM, in time for the Mythic Map Pack
Category: best screenshot
Stipulation: screenshot must be from one of your games. You MUST upload the screenshot to your fileshare to prove it came from one of those games (it'll show up as a media file when looking at the game)
I'm looking for comedy here. Bonus points if the screenshot has an elite in it. It's my fucking money, my contest decision!

Get an awesome killtrocity? Did you surf a hog into the moon? Show it to me and try to impress me! Bonus points for good directorial work in-engine. Note: the film clip does not need to be something you did, you can take a clip of anything as long as it's awesome.
