It is a shame.
I'm going to go back to enjoying wandering the Wastelands now.
edit:
Well actually it's pretty much bullshit but everyone saying the ending was crap before I saw it prepared me for it and the enjoyment I get from exploration and attacking talon merc camps or super mutant bases more than make up for it.

It's not like the original Fallout games were bug-free or anything, so I guess most folks are used to this, but still, that's pretty unfortunate.
If you haven't ever played either of those games, the bugs aren't game-breaking (well, not usually), but the best piece of advice for you is this: save early, save often.
The only bug I've seen so far is the leader of the Regulators started "Fleeing" and was unspeakable, then she ran away from the house and I haven't seen her back there in 6 lvls at all times of the day.
I'm on the 360.
They tried to bury us. They didn't know that we were seeds. 2018 Midterms. Get your shit together.

I lost about an hour of wandering last night because of a sudden lock-up. =(
I didn't do a ton of side quests on my first run through but I do recall getting a thing about Agatha. Are you saying that is included even if you don't do her questline?
I get freezes quite often (well, like 7 in 40+ odd hours) but the 360 isn't that well ventilated. Still haven't had this happen on other games though.
Sometimes I see random enemies stuck halfway in the ground and when I kill them they fall through the Earth (happened three times).
I've twice got stuck inside a rubble after an enemy attacked me as I stood on it.
There's also a common bug for a place called Big Town were a robot does not spawn when you need it to spawn.
The game autosaves whenever you exit or enter a building/room or when you go to sleep. as long as you keep a couple back-up files and save every 10-15 minutes in the wasteland you should be alright. I haven't been buggered by any bugs so far and am very happy with the game.

No I saw that one, I think you get that if you find her a music sheet. If you got that, it was probably the only one though. Like I said earlier, I got one involving the Oasis and I was never there.
Yes Aegeri, this is what I'm saying, its entirely based on your Karma.
Canterubry Commons (just random people)
Lincoln Memorial
Agatha
Oasis
pretty much a gyp.
I have a feeling you guys may be bugging the ending you get by manually fucking with your karma levels.
I've gotten a lot of crashes on the PC, but it seems to have gotten better now. I had the most problems for some reason when I was wandering the wasteland region between Megaton and Arefu, closer to Arefu. I would get stuck in VATS, unable to queue attacks or cancel out, quite a lot there.
I'd say it goes off the biggest thing you've done because i got the Lincoln Memorial, but I'd say thats one of the lowest importance things I've done and again, if I mess with Karma, I get the Oasis, which I never found. I think the Bomb is for the evil line.
And lazy. But considering how little attention people pay to what you've done, including THree Dog most of the time, it shouldn't really be surprising. Feedback is the only trruly lacking part of this game.
I think you take, uh, Las Palmas
Take Las Palmas to Colorado
Take Colorado down to Pico
And that's how you GET TO LLAMA SCHOOL!
(Where is this at in game? Germantown? Where's that? I MUST KNOW.)
Gothic 3 managed it and you can fuck stuff up as much as FO3, though I don't remember it being as big, it is pretty open ended. And the ending has several different sequences, including some for your allies.
Also I have a nearly pristine-condition set of brotherhood, outcast and generic power armors now, thanks to scavenging all their random patrols that get raped in front of me. Seriously, how do two guys in power armor with really big guns and a brainbot get their asses kicked by a single yao guai?
I dunno. When I can drop one with an SMG after he takes one swipe at me I dont know how they die to them. Unless its when two are attacking a caravan and my long range shot hits the trader in the head instead of the yao guai
I've never seen it, myself.
One time one snuck up on me from behind, and I happened to turn around at the exact moment it was pouncing. I was so startled I nearly fell out of my chair.
They do. Though, with a sneak of around 30, they'll completely ignore you, even if you bump into them. Sneak Attack, Ho!
Um... I don't rightly remember. It's not too far from Bigtown, but I only found Bigtown because I'd found Germantown first. So, somewhere in the western half of the Wastes...?

I love the concept of the Power Sledge, but it does less damage than the Ripper and weighs too much.
eww eww eww
Well, it was the unique smg at near mint. And my small guns is at 90 until i get the bobblehead.
Ah, I was just quick on the draw with my bat in VATS then. I sort of figured there were just, I don't know, there for ambience.
