Big URL shift just now comics on wrong pages

There has just been a big shift in the URLS comics are being served under. Comics for the last 3 or 4 months have all gone back a day.
So "British Spoken Here" which was served at:
http://www.penny-arcade.com/comic/2006/10/27
Has now moved to
http://www.penny-arcade.com/comic/2006/10/26
Even weirder though, the new post for this day is now at:
http://www.penny-arcade.com/2006/10/25
This links to:
http://www.penny-arcade.com/comic/2006/10/25
which doesn't exist. Causing a redirect to that last good comic before that date http://www.penny-arcade.com/comic/2006/10/24 -- which is the comic for the previous news post.
So news and comics no longer match!
I would guess this has something to do with daylight savings. I know this can be tricky.
It has totally stuffed up my Pennypacker extension with the last 3 months of strips coming up as new comics due to their new URLS. I have put a workaround in place for this.
