Nah. Our game was me, Roland, CarbonFire, and Butterfly.
Just followed up with an advanced Dead Air with BigJim swapped in for Carbon. Same exact end result. Myself as Francis and Louis made it out alive. We were all running around the plane like, "how the fuck do we get on?!" However Roland and Butterfly fail at musical chairs because as myself and BigJim are loading I see a smokered orange outline by the front of the plane growing farther away.
I ran out to see if I could save them but there was a horde of zombies between me and the victim so I emptied a clip and gave up. Ran back into the plane just in time to take off.
Good times.
I left the back of the plane to get the smoker off Butterfly. Big mistake. The plane doesn't wait. But I had been flying already...
We played through the Dead Air campaign on Advanced last night (~2 hours) and had a blast. The finale on that level is pretty epic - we died once just because we sat still too long watching the "cutscene". Then the fight with the huge horde, two tanks, and who knows how many other bosses was just epic (we did find a great place to hole up though). It was a huge fight, and after you don't die, having to run across the tarmak to the waiting plane while zombies continue to pour in from all sides - then having to wait 15 eternities (seconds?) while he bloody opened the rear door - was so intense it was ridiculous. But we did manage to get out with all hands aboard.
Also, I'm saying this publicly...Peewi, I'm *really* sorry we had to drop you from the group. I had already promised that we would play Blood Harvest with a friend of mine, and he was just taking a little while to join. I felt like an ass asking you to leave. I was going to make you player of the week in the PA group to make up for it...but you already are.
Don't worry about it. It was pretty cool when I jumped out of the window while all you guys were using the stairs. You all sounded confused about what I had done. I didn't even take fall damage because I jumped onto a van.
And fuck whoever said 2 hours to beat the game. On expert it's a whole 'nother game. With a good organized team I'd say at least 4-5 hours. That's if you don't wipe. Which you will.

That's where I got it too, but I guess what I'm trying to say here is that you seem to be a pretty petty little individual.
So last night I stayed up way later than I should have playing through the Woods campaign. I have noticed that the graphics compared to the demo are more polished, and the lag issues have all but disappeared - as far as I've seen.
We make it all the way to the final showdown, waiting for the APC to pick us up from the farm house in the final level. We decide to all take autoshotties and stand at the top of the stairs with all the doors closed around us. It was a successful plan - with placing the oxygen tank at the bottom of the stairs and with a nicely placed shotgun round blowing a load of them to kingdom come. Then the shit hits the fan as the music changes and a tank comes crashing into the first floor.
It runs up the stairs and kills Bill but we manage to take it down. The hordes keep coming then I hear the APC pull up the the white text on the screen tells us to get the fuck to the exit. Right about this time those familiar chordes strike back up and ANOTHER FUCKING TANK starts plowing towards the farm house. I'm standing in one of the bedrooms near a window, the tank fucking runs up and punches me OUT THE GODDAM WINDOW and I land in the cornfield. As I get up I look off to the left and see the beautiful APC setting there just waiting to deliver me from this hell, but in front of my eyes I see 2 blue silhouettes and one orange one laying on the ground desperately trying to save itself with feeble pistols against the hulking abomination slamming into her.
I look back at the APC, then back at the house. Whisper an explotive under my breath and run back into the fray to help my companions..
Well - long story short, we kill the Tank. But never make it out alive.

I don't know if pmavers got anyone to use his yet but I have not so you can start with me and then we can just round robin on the the next person. If I get too many I'll transfer the funds over to the other admins.
So was anyone able to complete death toll? We started it on two different servers and both crashed in about the same spot, which sucks, because we (Butterfly and myself) wanted to complete all four before dawn.
We would have gotten away with it too, had it not been for those meddling kids.

I'm sure that Valve will fix the issue anyways. They could have fixed it already in the retail release which is why I was asking someone to check on my servers. I was seeing it on 1.0.0.4 which was the last demo patch level.

that depends on if you want it available for you and your friends. public will get filled by, well, pubs. private will be empty unless someone from here plays on it

Go to Gametracker search for your server IP and then there will be a link on it's page for HTML and Image banners. You'll find the forum code for the banners on that page.
My server is a public server, I will likely add it to the group but not make it exclusive since several of my friends who will be using it aren't a part of the group and I'd like them to be able to use it even if I'm not around.
You may want to reconsider either making it exclusive or changing it to private because if neither of those is set it can and will be filled up by the matchmaking system by any player at any time, meaning your friends won't be able to play on it when they want.
