My cell phone is acting odd and I doubt I can get it replaced under warranty as the water damage mark is red. It's not acting odd because of the water damage, that happened six months ago and really no damage occurred. I just know that they won't believe me when I tell them that.
Anyway, the buttons are not responding unless I hold the phone in a certain way. If I could open it up I might be able to fix it but who knows.
I really like Nokia phones, I am absolutely in love with them. So to all you Nokia fans, what has been your favorite Nokia phone? Which phone should I pick up?
Well first off, what service provider do you have? That is going to have a big hand in deciding what phone you get. If you happen to have verizon, i just picked up an LG dare about a week ago and so far i really like it. I know its not a nokia like you asked for but i figured it couldn't hurt to throw the suggestion out there. Hope you don't mind.
I don't mind you throwing it out there, others will be reading thread as well. I just know that I will stick with Nokia, the last phone (before this) was too amazing, lasted 5 years just fine. Super easy control scheme with smart ways of handling texts, contacts. Just a great phone, and that held up pretty well with the recent one.
Indeed, as Grimm suggested, we would need to know your carrier. Are you AT&T/T-Mobile (GSM/WCDMA), or Verizon/US Cellular/Alltel (CDMA)? Or are you not in the US? (Then most likely GSM)
I'm a huge Nokia fan as well. I always have one close at hand I'm a huge fan of the NSeries phones. I'm currently using an N95-4, and have been loving every minute of it, but I'd be happy to recommend any Nokia. It's just that they have very little right now in strictly CDMA handsets.

I don't believe it - I'm on my THIRD PS3, and my FIRST XBOX360. What the heck?

I am on Tmobile, so it would have to have the SIM card functionality. I will check out your phone.
An unlocked NSeries phone can carry a hefty price tag but they are nice. They are amongst the most full featured consumer phones around, and since they aren't exactly carried in the typical American retail establishment, you'll get to feel quite special for having a relatively 'rare' phone in the US.

Hahaha, no joke, lets be real here, I want a phone, not a cheap car.
What features are important to you, other than it being a Nokia?
I didn't list a price range so there is nothing to be sorry about. I did a search for the N95-4 and I got a quote for $1,000 and was started laughing.
Functionality wise I am looking for picture messaging, text messaging and phone making. Not necessarily in that order. Touch screen means nothing to me. I originally had the Nokia 3360 that I fell in love with, now my phone is the Nokia 5300 which I really like as well.

And you still haven't listed one What are you looking to spend? Also, I'm not sure where you got the $1000 pricetag for that phone, especially since the MSRP isn't even that high. I paid about $550 for a new unlocked one.

really that bad for an N95-4? you must have gotten a really old price since the newer N96 is only $800 Canadian. . .
what's pissing me off is that Rogers (the only carrier who has Nokia around me apparently) just got the N95 and are selling it for like $800 or $200 with contract. . . its a friggin' old phone but they're charging the same as a brand new one.
/RAGE
so anyway, if you don't want to break the bank take a look at the 6000 series. . . they seem to be a decent compromise between just-a-phone and mobile computer/phone.
