    I got the Tales of Symphonia game that just came out on the wii. Guess it's supposed to be a sequel to that other one that was pretty fun

    I just hope they don't spend a lot of time explaining stuff from the first game. Just include the backstory in the instruction manual and let me get to hitting some monsters with my weapon of choice in this game

    i find that the older i get, the more i want to just skip through everything and play the fuckin' game

    Depending on the game, if I've already beaten it I prolly only want to watch the cutscenes a couple more times after that. Unless they're really good ones.

    I loved how they threw in the ability to skip cutscenes and the stupid walking sections in Gears. You just press select and Marcus tells whoevers yammering in your ear to shut up.

    There's a gameboy advance game, but it's not really that important. It's part of the canon but you can still get a complete story figured out without it

    Kind of like how it doesn't matter what the Mighty Avengers do because we have the New Avengers
