    there is an LP of The Suffering going on right now.
    Area 51 is alright.
    not sure about Rise & Fall.

    The Suffering I know is given decent marks, but I'm pretty certain Area 51 got razzed something awful for being extremily mediocre.

    This really does beg the question, though, of why the Air Force is giving away Army-oriented games.

    Area 51 is one of the worst games I have ever played. I wouldn't even download it for free.

    I've heard the Hero mode is a cool idea but overall the game is mediocre. It's the one I downloaded.

    There was a thread about this a while ago... good times. Also, make it four, since you can also get Full Spectrum Warrior for free.

    What's with all the Area 51 hate? David Duchovny is a shitty actor, but the gameplay was not horrible. It wasn't great, but it was a half-decent shooter.

    I reviewed Area 51 for Etoychest back in the day. I went in expecting complete garbage and came out having played a really good game.

    Oh, I know that, rented the Xbox version. Gameplay might seem a bit old after all this time, but it's pretty soild in it's own right.

    I've also played Rise & Fall. It was ok... It's basicly an Age of Empires/blizz RTS clone with the ability to directly take control of your hero in a Sacrifice-eque way... though not nearly as fun as in that game...

    The same site also has ad "supported" Psi Ops. Although, it's sponsored by a shoe company if I remember correctly. I wonder if there's a full list anywhere of all these games. It's an interesting idea to get some money out of old games to say the least.
