Long story short, company sent me to an international assignment for 2 months. new city, new life. i am staying in a hotel for 2 months and i don't know anyone here. people at work are not that interesting and are usually busy with their families and stuff. now i have 2 months of boredom after work and i need a hobby or something. i thought of signing up for a dance course to learn salsa or tango or something but couldn't find one that fits my schedule. i get to my hotel around 8:30 - 9pm : (
So, any ideas? I have been here for 5 days already and reading Tolstoy has been my only activity so far.
Help? Thanks.

Penny Arcade is a gaming comic, this is the PA forums, you probably play games. Do you have a computer capable of gaming, or possibly a console? Playing online with people back home might be a nice way to stay in touch and give you a little bit of home.
Well I don't have a personal laptop, have a company laptop which I cannot install games on. I also don't want to spend time gaming... I would rather find something else to do, that will keep me out of my hotel room
Yes, it is in Ankara (and I am Turkish too but have never lived in Ankara and have no friends here).

Actually I windsurf, so that's not a bad idea but I am not sure how feasible that is considering I get to my hotel at 9pm and have to be back at work at 9am the following morning :P
