    That is a perfectly acceptable sentence, yes. You currently feel that you are nice because in the past you did something. No problem.

    I would say it's correct because "feel" is being used in the present tense but describing another period of time.

    Just pretend you're saying this sentence to someone. You would say, " I felt I am a nice person."

    It's fine - it's another clause in the sentence, and anyway the tense of the verbs don't necessarily mean a sentence is past or present.

    But that's a long explanation.

    It's absolutely fine.
