    That's odd that it's not on Google o_O. Try running HijackThis and see if maybe it's part of some other malicious software.

    Definitely a virus (or part of one), the filename doesn't come up in Google because it looks randomly generated. It needs to go, so take whatever anti-viral steps you usually would.

    Definately viral. Update your AV and run a full scan from Safe mode.
