The only problem I had with Casino Royale was all the romantic shit thrown in at the end. Yes I know he loved her, but that whole segment felt like it went on forever, enough for me to think "ALRIGHT WE GET IT MOVE IT ALONG ALREADY!"

And then it went to another chase scene and all was right with the world.

In the book the whole second half of the book or something is Bond and her going on vacations and making out and such, so everybody pretty much lucked out.

The only scene in Casino Royale I couldn't wait to be over with was the car chase thing on the tarmac. It felt too force in a "I guess we need an action scene now" sort of way and tended to drag on too long.

Also, in Quantum of Solace, I love that they brought Judi Dench's M out from behind the desk more. She was woefully underutilized in the Brosnan films, but the filmmakers seem to be rectifying that now. She's so damn good as M.

My roommate is downloading whole movies at a time.

He denies that it has anything to do with why my internet is slow.

I guess its my fault that it takes me 20 minutes to log into my email account when he is downloading movies.

I am uneasy when they have older actors because they could just die any day and we might be stuck with a shittier version (DUMBLEDORE, ARGH WORST REPLACEMENT EVER). It was amazing how long Q lived, and he only died because of a car accident. I worry about Judy Dench, and John Cleese if they ever bring Q back and use him. I think they'd be better off finding a younger guy. I guess it's not a huge concern in the Bond movies since they switch up actors a lot, aside from Q until he had 'retired' (such sad timing on that).

Yeah, basically. I think there was a car chase in the beginning of that film, but I can't be too sure. For the fight scenes it's worse because it's sad to think a choreographer put time and effort into a good fight scene only to have it pissed down the film's leg with Bourne-style editing.

It's like they spent $300,000,000 on what? They could have pulled that shakey cam nonsense on probably a tenth the budget and nobody would notice because you can't tell what is going on.

If they're anything like me, they did exactly that and blew the rest on whiskey.

Not fabulous enough to get in that club though, eh? :winky::P

I have constant stubble but rarely allow it to grow to a full beard as I have to look smart for my job... but my thoughts this morning were that it is so cold right now, I am merely using my natural defenses to keep warm and keep alive!

I guess I'm just not around enough. Misosoup got owned as well though. Not that it matters since whats-her-face couldn't take the more polite responses.

I never understood taking characters that weren't gay, and drawing them being gay. Really really gay.
And them all being anime characters just makes it worse. Only thing that could make it worse still is 'furry.'
Like you have nothing else to contribute to this...space... but fictional gay sex of characters that aren't even yours.

Also, sorry Buckwolfe, my heart goes out to you. Find a happy place.

But Mars! It wasn't that her art was bad (It is), it was her stank attitude when Wakkawa just said, 'hey I think you need to work on A-B-C.'
