Using that image, make the white transparent for a TF2 spray?
I'm terrible with photoshop you see.
All you have to do to make it transparent is making the white pure blue. Unless they've changed it.

Since the image is black and white with some anti-aliasing I would use the inverse of the current image as the alpha channel and then fill the image itself with a solid black. Someone with more experience with image editing please confirm/deny that this a good method.
Sounds about right, except i went and got rid of the white, just made an alpha channel of what was left.
Yeah I know, I justed wanted to know if my method is efficient in case I ever want to do something like it for myself.

Only the HonC group throw up announcements to get on the HonC server now an again, it's a custom map server, so whining whiners who don't download map packs whine and the server rarely gets played unless someone throws up announcements. which is a shame, because some of the maps are awesome.

Steam groups are pretty dumb and most of them are too big to do you any good. With the exception of the l4d chatroom.
The honk group is worth joining as they will post an announcement too.
the group server function in L4D is another of the few useful things about Steam groups. Hopefully they add that to TF2 with the scout update.
TF2 needs the damn invite to game option so I don't need to spam everyone.
TF2 does have an invite option, it's just bugged and doesn't always show up. Change your status to away and back to online, while in a server and it should appear when right-clicking someone in your friends list.

I'd just got revenge on my fellow heavy Enders due to Mumblyfish deciding we should be uber buddies. And then one second afterwards Flippy dominated me. And fifty seconds later Rak dominated me with a backstab.
Ginger was pushing the second-last point with his medic (possibly MF again, not certain) and had taken out their SG and a couple of soldiers, but his uber was wearing down.
Meanwhile I'd taken the leftmost entrance and slowly waddled up towards the walkway in time to see the SG go down. Beneath my feet, what looks like the entire enemy team is gathering and opening fire at Ginger and his medic as they become vulnerable again.
I leap off, my minigun spinning...
...and finally get a crit streak.
KILL, KILL, KILL, REVENGE, REVENGE, KILL, KILL
I may have chuckled like an idiot over voice chat while attempting to tell the team the coast was clear.
God I love this game sometimes... just as often as I hate it!

I won't be around for this (unless you're still playing past midnight), but it hasn't happened in a while. Hopefully changing the title will get people to come.
Ok since I really liked the 360 version but it was plagued with bad lag and almost no community I'll buy this feller here and try it once again. Steam ID is ninjadisguise.
No one will get angry at you for not knowing the tactics or not being the best soldier ever. Someone may yell at you if they uber you and you proceed to stare at a wall for ten seconds, but they won't hold it against you. Just keep at it and you'll get better.
Man. That shit's to be expected. If you're a heavy and you get ubered, you're doing something wrong if you don't eat a sandvich right in front of the enemy.

Are you playing with your texture res high? Because they lose quality with everything else if it isn't on high
