    I agree.

    Cause occasionally dropping in between quite good posts to basically throw out a "yer all wrong and I'm not gonna say why" really helps.

    True, but my point was that time is not at all like algebra, so you wouldn't ever actually take half the time between 4 o' clock and either noon or midnight. The only thing "half four" could possibly mean is 3:30 (half an hour until 4) or 4:30 (half an hour after 4)
