Question about editing more than one video at a time!

I've got a bunch of MKV files that I want to remove an audio stream from. Is there an easy way to do it?

Or, if there isn't an easy way, how can I change the default audio track?

Yeah, download mkvtoolnix and mkvextractgui, they make it easy as hell.

I actually have those. I already tried them but either it can't do what I want it to, or I'm not using it right. I can extract the audio/video/subtitle tracks but I can't actually cut them out of the video.

I figured it out! I used MKVMerge and it worked like a charm. One more question, though. Is there a program that's like a "mass" video editor? Say if I want to get rid of the first xx seconds of like ten videos. Is that possible?
