All I'm saying is that Shredder would never use a giggle beam in the old series. He was goofy, but he never resorted to that.
I almost forgot, I wanted to say how much I liked the way they did the backgrounds when they went to the 80's universe. It looked just like the way it did in the old series. Also the cameos of characters walking by was neat, even though it did cause a paradox with Bebop and Rocksteady.
"Which Shredder is doing what to who?"
There are so many Shredders in 2k3, I'm dissapointed they didn't even get a mention
Demon Shredder(the original that the Utrom took the name from)
Lady Shredder(Karai)
Cyber Shredder(The Utrom Shredder's memories mixed with a virus from the future]
and all the forms of the Utrom Shredder
Regular
Feudal
Nightmare Shredder
Mecha Shredder
Exo Shredder

In some strange turn of events I have actually purchased the game this thread is about today because it was on sale for $27. Really it just feels like a less polished Brawl, but I'm okay with that. Also the story makes me dizzy with all the crazy panel switching.
Go to 4kids' website, it streams on there free. AND it's got over 10 minutes of new footage. Thar ya go.
Finished season two, moving on to season three. It's really getting better.
Unless you're not in the United States. Lousy 4Kids jerks...
As for the game, it's good, not exactly great; I find the controls are more precise than Brawl's, but it has some interesting aspects, and I found the online play to work better. But if you're a huge Turtles fan, the 25-years running kind, you might be disappointed at the missed potential the game has.

Hey, the show wasn't above random tickle torture.

Whoops, my mistake. Thought it was Shredder who did that.
...I really have no idea how this affects my argument.

I got a gift card, and I was going to buy this when I could find it cheap....and that'll be the perfect ticket.

Haven't played it, but the consensus appears to be "a lot like Smash Bros. Brawl only not quite as good."
If you are a fan of the turtles, and you don't mind a slightly watered down Smash Bros experience, then you'll enjoy it.
If not, then keep playing Smash Bros.
