    It seems like they temporarily rolled out the end of year sale just to test the website. No one was actually able to buy anything, so the end of year sale hasn't officially happened yet. Let's just hope that Bioshock stays at $5.00 US; I'm sure I'll buy other things, but I've always wanted to have a go at Bioshock. It still retails for about $100.00 AUS here in Australia, so getting it for roughly $7.50 AUS is extremely appealing. :D

    Ever time I see this thread get bumped, I wonder, "Is it now? IS IT NOW!?". Last year I really gorged myself, I think it's what really got me into Steam.

    I-fluid $5 priced down from $10

    Sadly Bioshock is only priced down to $18

    Damn they took $10 off fallout 3, just bought that.

    $5 off empire total war. Thats not great, but its a good deal for an unreleased game + rome total war. I may pick that up, I am still alittle sore about being burned by Medieval 2 (kinda sucked).

    How long is this sale lasting?

    Personally I'd go for the hard copy, but that's mainly because I prefer not requiring internet access for my games where possible. I often find myself without net access, and Steam can be a pain if you forgot to take it offline previously (and sometimes even if you did).

    Ok guys quick question. Is there any way that my bro can play on my account, for say TF2, but not use my user name? I trust him not to cheat or anything but i was wondering if there was a way to make like a sub account or something.

    Hmmm....what to get what to get.....I'm already leaning towards Aquaria and World of Goo. Then there's things like CoD4.

    What are games that I should have that people would think me crazy for not having them by now? It wasn't until a few months ago I had my new PC built, so I missed out on alot of stuff over the past few years.

    Ok, looks like I'm getting

    HL: Blue Shift
    HL: OpFor
    WH40k Dawn of War Everything Pack

    for $32. I don't know the WH40k games really but for $10 a piece they can't be too much of a disappointment.

    I'm also strongly considering getting WarHO while it's on sale, to load up after I run through everything else I'm getting this season, but buying an MMO requires consideration. This sale should last a few days, right?

    Looks like my BB GC will be going towards Fallout and some C&C.

    I'll vouch for aquaria; one of the best gaming experiences I had last year. I'm not sure if they ever got around to adding true widescreen support, but even without it was a blast.
