So I'm having this problem that just started today, I guess. I never noticed it until now, but I don't launch WMP that often. I only use it to share media with my 360 through WMP's Library. I started it up today to add another folder to its watch list, and as soon as it starts up it gives me the Vista "hourglass," the little blue circle with light shining around it to indicate it's working. The problem is it never does anything, it just hangs.
