I'm largely indifferent about the selected songs. Though I do hope this leads to more 'real' BNL later on.
I actually don't mind most of BNL's stuff, but I've always hated barenaked for the holidays, it just lacks the ...I dunno..personality I suppose their other albums have. They try, but it just falls short.
That looks so unnecessary, yet if I had money to burn (and it would take a lot) I would get that just to make playing the game so over the top.

Playing the drums on Rock Band 2 has led me to a horrific self-truth: I have no rhythm. My hands are fine, but whenever my foot gets called into action... yeah, bad times.
Just bought the Going Country pack based solely on two things:
1) I saw the Sin Wagon notechart
2) Someone said the country pack actually has good guitar all-around
3) If Sin Wagon is part of said all-around good guitar, then that person must not be talking out their ass
Replaying Guitar Hero II made me realize how much Rock Band needs some Dethklok. I mean I can only hope for Dethalbum as DLC. But seriously. This entire song please.

The Let's Go To The Mall, the Cock-a-mouse, the slutty pumpkin and slap bet episodes are four of the all-time funniest things ever taped before a live studio audience. Or a fake one with a laugh track. Whatever. Those are some of the greatest half hours of comedy ever written and performed.

The RB stage kit is a static LED array, it does not have motors or any kind of light patterns like this video shows.
That being said, I originally thought the idea was stupid, but now, I'd never consider having a bunch of people over playing Rock Band without it.

hmmmm, remember like 9 months ago when all of those songs were leaked by pulling some info out of files in the DLC? and there was a song named DOA and everyone thought it was the foo fighters song? Then they released that other DOA song in the thrash pack?
clearly harmonix will go to great lengths to decieve and confuse us regarding upcoming, unannounced DLC.
